Director and Founder Dan Suto had a vision and a goal, and that was to shift the paradigm of “Talent Management”, “Recruitment” and “Learning & Development” from one of merely accepting what is available in the marketplace today, to something that truly inspires people to take control of their careers.
At the same time, transform the recruitment industry by placing the control back into the hands of the individual, while nurturing people to grow by realising the benefits of committing to a life of learning.
Meet Our Founder
Our ultimate aim is to solve challenging business problems in order to unleash true business potential. In our view, this can only occur when the realm of current business models are questioned and challenged before evolving them into something new.
As such, TALMANPRO® was established to solve the business problems surrounding: talent management; ownership of ones career path journey; and recruitment services in the market place today.
Moreover, the ability to work directly with all levels of business is what excites us most. From working with front-line staff to senior executives, the ability to transcend and be approachable at all layers is what we enjoy most of all.
The key to any outcome is resourcefulness. In order to achieve sustained outcomes year after year, one must be able to “reinvent” themselves and hence test the limits of their own skills, knowledge, paradigms and biases by using whatever means necessary, in order to achieve something uniquely different. Anything short of this is just doing what everyone else does. In my experience, crafting ones “art” can only occur when you try as much as possible to extend yourself and be open to learn from everyone.

HOURS: As Required
6 Confirmed and secured regular time/appointments conducted in person at clients workplace (1-hour session). All actions noted and minutes stored on TALMANPRO™ client private portal and/or shared Dropbox.
SESSIONS: 6
This course is designed to take you through the central tenants of the Career DNA™ concept and Staff Enablement Model (SEM). After this course you will have the knowledge on how to excel in your chosen career.
DAYS: 2
Understand your preferred styles of thinking in order to unleash your true potential. Understand how to map your key stakeholder engagements (internal as well as client).
HOURS: 1.5
